Description
\nHall effect crankshaft or camshaft position sensor. We have tested this with our 6.75" and 8.25" trigger wheels. We were able to get a rock-solid reading at over 19,200 RPM, which is about as fast as our test rig could turn the trigger wheel. It runs on 5 to 24 volts and generates a nice square wave so there are no variable voltage issues. She has a 3-strand ponytail that is 12 inches long. This is what the cables do:<\/p>\n
Red: supply voltage; connect to VREF or 12 volt switched power.
\nWhite \u2013 Exit signal. In ProyectECU it is connected to the VR1+ input. For other ECUs investigate Hall type CKP input. Use a 1K resistor when feeding it 5 volts or a 2.4K resistor when feeding it 12 volts.
\nBlack \u2013 Earth.<\/p>\n
